In the app, open Me, then Delete my account. Your account and everything Adapty holds about you are removed; backups clear within 30 days.

Who is Adapty for right now?
Adapty’s plan is most complete for highly skilled migrants and their families. If you came as an EU citizen, a student, self-employed or to join family, you get the steps everyone shares, and the app shows which rules for your route are still coming. If you are seeking asylum, it points you to the organisations that help.
Can I use it before I move?
Yes. Tell it you have not arrived yet, and your plan starts from your arrival date.
Is Adapty free?
Yes, during the beta.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone with iOS 17 or later, for now. Android comes later.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU: Hetzner in Germany, and Google Cloud in the EU to read letters and draft answers. Apple and Google see only what they need to sign you in and deliver reminders.
Does Adapty see my BSN?
Adapty is built not to. Your phone blacks out your BSN and V-number before a letter is sent, and the server removes any nine-digit number left in the text before storing it. The blackout is automatic and not perfect, so a number can occasionally stay visible in the picture.
Is this legal advice?
No. Adapty explains Dutch rules from official sources. For advice on your own case, talk to a lawyer or tax adviser.
Which languages?
The app is mostly in English for now; a full Dutch version is coming. Ask your questions in your own language and Adapty answers in it.
